President Buhari has appointed a visually impaired man, Dr. Samuel
Inalegwu Ode Ankeli as his Senior Special Assistant on matters
concerning disabled people. Senior Special Assistant to Buhari on Media
and Publicity, Shehu Garba, announced this in a statement released
today Feb. 22nd.
